Attention all Tech Team One Agents

Keep a constant eye on your emails.  Occasionally we get email requests from some of our clients, especially our business clients like DeMarche or Reach.  If an email support request comes in, we need to handle it with the utmost care and get it addressed in a timely manner.

Our clients pay for the best support, we sell them the best support, so we need to make sure we give them the best support.  If you cannot figure out an issue for a business client and think you need to escalate it, please get a hold of me about it immediately.  When they have an issue today, that means they need it fixed yesterday and I want us to provide that kind of response.

A new email address has been created for DeMarche to send their issues to in order to make sure that everyone gets it.  If you need to give email address to a DeMarche employee, it is [email protected]

Matt Walden is Awesome

I would like to take a moment to thank Matthew Walden for stepping up, taking over most of the TTO coverage, sessions and making sales with his great combination of customer service and technical skills.

Matthew has been plunged into the world of Windows Active Directory servers, VPNs, enterprise level support and taking care of the increasing volume of services we are receiving from Amazon Home Services.  He was thrown into all of this suddenly and is handling it with the most professional attitude and care to maintain the level of service our clients expect and deserve, while constantly expanding his knowledge and level of support.

Matt is an absolutely essential aspect of Tech Team One and I don’t know how I would function without his reliability, diligence and dedication to our clients.  Thank you Matt!  You are a fantastic technician and a crucial member of the team.

Fridge Final Warning!

Sunday 6/19/2016 will be the final purge of anything in the fridge that is not labeled! We need to clean it out and clean it up so that it can accommodate all of the individuals in the building.

We did not want to throw away anyone’s lunch today, and were selective with some of the stuff that was tossed, but come Sunday, we will pull everything out that is not labelled.

Please remember no open containers in the fridge, and be mindful of the space that you are taking up, so that there is ease for everyone to put things in, and pull things out.

Fridge Clean Out!

As we have more individuals in the building, we need to do a deep clean of the refrigerator so that everyone is able to use it! We will be implementing a new clean out process, as well as reminding everyone of common office refrigerator etiquette so that there is room for all.

We will be removing things starting today, so please help us with this process.  If you have items in the fridge now, please remove anything that is trash, out of date or looks like it has taken on a life of it’s own.

CLIENTS IN THE BUILDING 6/7-6/10

 

Ladies and Gents! For the next few days, please make sure you are dressed nicely as there will be clients in the building. This means, no hole-y pants, shirts need to not have offensive or niche references, shoes with no toes showing, and if you can, wear a collared shirt of some kind.

For this duration, there will also be a requested ban on excessive use of personal phones on the floor, no use of Facebook or viewing Youtube videos, and keeping personal conversations inside of Discord and HUD.

This will be an excellent time to look into Care for any issues you may find. If you find anything in Care during this time, please let your teamlead know for a little reward. We are keeping tally.
