Break room etiquette

neesonPlease make sure that you are picking up after yourself, and reading signs with regards to office etiquette.  There are sponges and soap that are fully available to clean your dishes and Tupperware.  Please take advantage of those tools, so that others do not have to pick up after you.

Refrigerator Purge Friday 8/5

It is that time again!  We will be throwing out anything that is expired or has a life of it’s own, and cleaning out the refrigerator on Friday 8/5 starting 4PM

If you have anything in there, please either label it accordingly with your name and date it was put in, or remove it if you do not want it thrown away.  Tupperware will be either tossed or rinsed depending on the life it has created within, or possible smells that may come from it, and will become office communal property if not claimed.

There are a few pieces from the potluck still in the break room.  If they are yours, please take them home, or by Friday they will become office communal property.

Tech Team One Agents: Something new in YourIT

Attention Tech Team One agents.  You should not get as many residential or regular business calls anymore.  Chris at YourIT is having his answering service warm transfer calls to us starting today, which should add an extra layer of screening before it gets to us.

As always, make sure to represent us to the answering service with the same positive, polite atmosphere we provide our customers.  Also make sure that you are still looking up the caller’s information in repairshoppr to verify they are a managed business.

Hello all!  I want to take a moment to give my appreciation to Matt Walden.  Today he was able to upsell an Amazon printer service into a 1 year 2 PC Tech Team One support subscription.  Yesterday he even  managed to sell a 3 month 1 PC support subscription to a previous Amazon customer who was very happy with our support back in May.

Matt Walden is a shining example of great customer service, vast technical knowledge with strong dedication to what he does and it certainly shows in his ability to make sales.  Keep up the good work Matt!  I don’t know what we would do without you.

Gotta give kudos to Elliot Torrance for his wonderful interaction with a Tengo guest.
