Hi team,

Just wanted to inform you all that this weekend, and on a weekly rotation we will have an on call manager. This weekend the on call manager is myself. You can reach me at 956-793-8636. Please let me know if there are any issues that need to be addressed. reasons to contact me is that people are missing; we have an abnormal influx of calls, We have a call spike that we might not be able to handle and potentially cause a bunch of abandons, if the internet goes down, or if the power goes out.

The back door will now be locked 24/7 and will require a fob to enter. The front door will remain unlocked during normal business hours.

Please remember to not use the deadbolt to prop the door open.

If you do not have a fob please let your team lead know.

Maria McEwen,

One year without a single attendance issue is a very hard feat to accomplish. This means no call in, No time card exceptions, No Tardies, Early every day is an example of a model employee. Maria has exemplified what it means to be a hard worker through and through and her work ethic blares through her attendance.

This award is held in the highest regards here at contact works and we feel that a proper gift for achieving the near impossible is in-order. This award is the biggest award contact works has ever given.

Ladies and Gents! From Monday the 15th through Wednesday the 17, please make sure you are dressed nicely as there will be clients in the building. This means, no hole-y pants, shirts need to not have offensive or niche references, shoes with no toes showing, and if you can, wear a collared shirt of some kind.

Also, please make sure to clean up your desks before the end of your shift so the building is nice and tidy for our guests.

Support Pop Warner football! 100% of the proceeds go towards the team. Each gift card costs $10 but is worth $50 towards any car repair or service (state inspections, oil changes, tires, AC check, etc) at any LambsTire location.

When using a gift card, if you do not use it all the first time, they do give you another with the remaining balance! It’s a great way to get an oil change for only $10!

Optaros Atlassian Migration is scheduled this weekend. This maintenance will occur in the weekend Friday 12^th August 7 pm EST to Sunday 14^th August EST– JIRA and Confluence data will be migrated to the global instance and will affect all Atlassian users access to our infrastructure.

This means customer’s are unable to submit tickets and will need to call the support line for help. The 2 steps below are how we are going to escalate/process these requests.

1) Trigger the Pager duty alert per project (normal flow)

2) Instead of Jira Ticket, send an e-mail notification to e-mail project alias should there be the case. Please capture as much information as possible (same as in the Jira ticket)
