To all Optaros agents

Optaros Atlassian Migration is scheduled this weekend. This maintenance will occur in the weekend Friday 12th August 7 pm EST to Sunday 14th August EST– JIRA and Confluence data will be migrated to the global instance and will affect all Atlassian users access to our infrastructure.

This means customer’s are unable to submit tickets and will need to call the support line for help. The 2 steps below are how we are going to escalate/process these requests.

1) Trigger the Pager duty alert per project (normal flow)

2) Instead of Jira Ticket, send an e-mail notification to e-mail project alias should there be the case. Please capture as much information as possible (same as in the Jira ticket)

 

Below following engineers are on call in Pager Duty for 24×7 Coverage (SLAs existing at project level)/ please include them in your e-mail that reports the incident
