While we expect to see little to no call volume due to the event we want to make sure all trained agents are aware that TengoInternet is providing wireless internet services to this event.

The camping locations that are sponsored are Whispering Pines and Whispering Fields, however there may be higher RV traffic at many locations in and around Eau Claire, Wisconsin. (July 21st – 23rd)

Tengo has multiple tech’s on site to help ensure there are no issues with the systems however if we do experience a increase in guest traffic please inform George Barbour immediately.

Let’s give a round of applause for our QA all stars for round 2!

This time around, we have Leanne, Kyndra and William to cheer as they all scored over 90% on their QAs!

Kyndra managed to score an AMAZING 97% for her first QA.  Good job Kyndra!

Just a reminder for everyone.  The doors are unlocked between the hours of 8AM-5PM Monday to Friday.  They will automatically lock when not in those hours.  Everyone should have a key fob for the doors at this point, so if you are leaving the building, please do not lock the deadbolt to prop the doors open.  This is a security risk for the building, and defeats the purpose of the locks and fobs.

Zach recently came out of Tech Team One training and immediately got a 5 Star review on a printer setup service he performed for an Amazon customer.  Ms. Hilary Nimons had very positive things to say:

“This was the best investment I could have made to go along with the printer! The printer itself was delayed in arriving and I needed to reschedule the tech appointment. Amazon’s calendar showed availability 5 days later which was so late and I needed a printer. I responded to an email from Tech Team and heard back quickly that they could work with me much sooner. The person who did the set up was great, and obviously super knowledgeable. No glitches at all. THANK YOU for this service – I maybe could have done it myself but with too much time and effort and frustration!”

Way to go Zach!!  That is fantastic feedback and that kind of service is what keeps people coming back to us.  Keep up the good work!!

I just wanted to recognize Elliot Torrance for his outstanding job on Tech Team One yesterday.  On his first day he helped fix a network issue for one of our business partners and managed to snag a Tech Advantage sale for software troubleshooting.

Great Job Elliot!  I don’t think anyone else has ever made a sale on their first day.  Keep up the good work!

We would like to take this opportunity to recognize Daren for stepping up and helping us keep the office clean!  We have never asked, but Darren took the time to help keep our trash cans empty as they fill up through out the day.

We would like to take this opportunity to recognize Justin for stepping up and helping us manage our after hours volume!  We only asked the first day, but he has taken the steps to make sure coverage was there everyday.

We would like to take this opportunity to recognize Ashley and Kyndra for sacrificing their weekend to help clean up our backlog of Jobs that needed to be closed out from this past week!  We really appreciate the effort put forth by you both!

It’s that time again, for an office BBQ Potluck! The signup sheet is posted on the Break Room door, and it will be held on Thursday July 7th.

Bring your favorite dish to share, as we celebrate our new comers, and recognize our awesome veteran agents!

Management will be smoking and providing brisket and sausages for everyone to enjoy.

You don’t have to be a cook to bring something to share.  We do welcome the cooking inept to bring something store bought if they’d rather.

If everyone brings something, then we are sure to have enough food to go around, and everyone to stuff themselves silly with!
