Zach recently came out of Tech Team One training and immediately got a 5 Star review on a printer setup service he performed for an Amazon customer.  Ms. Hilary Nimons had very positive things to say:

Amazon’s calendar showed availability 5 days later which was so late and I needed a printer. I responded to an email from Tech Team and heard back quickly that they could work with me much sooner. The person who did the set up was great, and obviously super knowledgeable. No glitches at all.
