Joking aside, this has been an exciting year for our company already.  We have launched a number of new clients, as Tom discussed during the most recent company meeting, and are in the process of bringing in a few more.  With the up coming new clients we would like to ask EVERYONE take a bit of time and update your resume.  Don’t leave anything out, it is incredible the diversity of our clients the prospective ones we have in the wings.

Important: To All Tech Team One Agents!

There is a new temporary service we are offering to Texas Association of Realtors members!

The Texas Real Estate Commission recently changed some rules on how the IABS form can be posted electronically. In order to post it online, members must fill in their information, save it as a PDF, and then host it on a cloud server like DropBox.  Many realtors are putting the hosted file in their E-mail signatures as hyperlinks.  The Texas Association of Realtors has made mention of us for assistance in the May release of their magazine, so there may be increase volume on the T.A.R. queue.

If you get a caller asking us for assistance with this you can offer them our remote services to do it for them for the low price of $20.00.  If they do not want to pay, we cannot walk them through it verbally step by step, but we can give them a little general advice if they are having trouble with a particular part of the process (i.e. What is a hyperlink?  What is a cloud server?)

If they would like your help, follow normal service delivery procedure.  Remote in using the Nexus platform, do what they need you to do.  This could be saving a pdf, creating a dropbox account, uploading .pdf to dropbox and/or creating a hyperlink to the hosted file in their email signature.

Arthur is a continuing and driving force for why angry Tengo calls have gone down. The days of VIP’s waiting weeks for their sites to go back up are over. One specific VIP, Gary, from Cascade RV Park made a specific point of calling Kevin Lloyd thanking Arthur saying “…you need more employees like Arthur. He really came through and stuck with me…”

Arthur, we don’t say it enough, you really are great and we love having you on our team!

Kroger had this to say about “Keith”. “I called in and Keith helped me. He resolved the problem quickly. Turns out it was a UIE or Unser Interface Error (I was screwing something up). He also educated me in so many other aspect. I am very excited to give it a run and I am currently introducing my brother to it for his kids.”
