She was very helpful with assisting my greatly. Earlier the same day one of your cust. svc. reps. could not assist me and I didn’t have any additionally info the second time from the first time. Hello everyone and a fine day to you all!

I want to let everyone know that there will be a large increase in items currently in our refrigerator in the break room.  I would like to remind you all that taking anything in the refrigerator that is NOT yours is NOT OK.  Please don’t be the one we have to have this discussion with after the fact.

Should you have any questions, please see your team leads and they should be able to clarify any further confusion.

Although we all know that Ron is our smooth operator, it is even better when our customer’s figure it out on their own. On a call with Patsy Nixon, she said that “Ron Was so patient in helping.” Great Job Ron! We are always excited to hear that one of ours is doing right by the customer.

 

Michele, a TeenSafe customer,  wanted to let us know what a great job Austin did on a recent call with her. “he really helped me today and was patient and so kind..”

To Robert, the Iron Wall that holds true against a sea of oppression and has personally faced the arrows and slings of outrageous fortune and, by opposing, ended them has faced his greatest battle yet.  In an interaction with Bettie Pipes, a customer who couldn’t find her way through her emails let alone setup a Petzi, Robert was patient, kind, and professional in all the ways that we hope to exemplify at Contact Works. Ms. Pipes said of Robert:

“I’m surprised you all didn’t say
“we give up” You persevered
you get an A+ +. The extra + was for being so prompt and on time when you said you would call. That meant a lot to me. Thx. BP”

As you all know, James Jones has been back and in full swing for the past couple of weeks. I am excited to let everyone know that James has officially resumed his complete duties of Director of Operations. As a result, all managers now report directly to James. I want to thank George Barbour for stepping in as the acting Ops Manager for the past several months. He has done an outstanding job of keeping the support team focused and on-point so that our Clients and Customers continued to receive excellent Customer Service.

 

It is also my pleasure to announce that George has been promoted to Senior Client Services Manager. This is a new position for our company that recognizes the responsibilities that George continues to handle, such as staffing & forecasting, new project implementation and payroll backup. These are in addition to his regular duties as a Client Services Manager.

 

We have a great year ahead of us and these changes will insure that we excel in every way.
