Keep a constant eye on your emails.  Occasionally we get email requests from some of our clients, especially our business clients like DeMarche or Reach.  If an email support request comes in, we need to handle it with the utmost care and get it addressed in a timely manner.

Our clients pay for the best support, we sell them the best support, so we need to make sure we give them the best support.  If you cannot figure out an issue for a business client and think you need to escalate it, please get a hold of me about it immediately.  When they have an issue today, that means they need it fixed yesterday and I want us to provide that kind of response.
