Important Reminder for Tech Team One

Remember it is extremely important that you fill out the inbound Call Form after each inbound call.  This is applicable to any agent that answers a TTO related call.  Without this data management cannot tell what happened during the week with Tech Team One, without having to do a LOT of extra data digging.

It is part of the process in CARE, please make sure you do it.

Attendance Policy – Important Company Policy Change

There has been an update to our Attendance policy.  Going forward employee’s are approved to clock in up to 5 minutes before the start of their scheduled shift.  If you are found to be clocking in without approval earlier than 5 minutes before the start of your shift it will be considered unapproved OT.  Unapproved OT can result in disciplinary action.

Dress nice tomorrow May 4th

Tomorrow, Thursday May 4th, we will have Safeware and United Airlines in the in the building and we need to make sure that we are dressed business casual and that our office looks nice and clean.

Make sure you are dressed to impress and that your workstations are tidy and dust-free.  Please see a Team Lead if you need any cleaning wipes.
