Hello all!  Optaros has created a new filter for Serta Simmons Bedding.  Please make sure that you review the new ticket handling process on the Optaros page and make sure your Optaros Dashboard is popping up every 15 minutes like it should be.

Bottles and cans need to go into the BLUE RECYCLING BINS. Please make sure everyone on your team remembers this!

ADP will be performing an upgrade this weekend. There are 3 things you NEED TO KNOW!

1. Saturday – April 22nd – No ADP Access!
   (If you want to get paid, make sure you submit your time punches to leads@cwxtx.com and management@cwxtx.com)

2. After the Upgrade, you will log in at a different web address:

   portal.adp.com – NO LONGER USE
   workforcenow.adp.com – USE THIS AFTER 4/22/17
   .
3. New Clock In Procedure:
   .
   1. Once you log in, look at the upper menu and select Myself
      .
   2. On the drop down, select Time & Attendance
      .
   3. Now select My Time Entry
      .
   4. Here are your buttons to:
      1. CLOCK IN
      2. CLOCK OUT
      3. TRANSFER & PUNCH
      4. MY TIMECARD
      5. ANNUAL SUMMARY

Please let management or a team lead know if you have any questions.
