Crawfish Boil – Everyone please read!

While the Crawfish Boil this weekend is partly a company social event, we are all expected to maintain professional behavior.

We want all employees to put their best foot forward and remember we will have guests such as BlueCheck and Silvercar in attendance. There will be plenty of fun to be had but please help us in welcoming our guests and not behaving inappropriately.

Donice was excellent in helping me figure out problems I came across trying to install/set up TeenSafe.

Elaine roch said exactly this, after Sherie Attempted to walk a customer through the Android install and removal. the customer decided to back out of the service, and SheRie handled it all with style and grace.
“She-Rie was the only customer serv staff that really took the time and effort to help me. She should be commended for her excellent service.”

 

 

Way to knock it out of the park Shayla!!!

Stephanie Bowers said exactly this in an email response, after Shayla helped her with an iOS issue. Shayla’s work ethic really shows through this comment.

It was a pleasure to speak to someone who was very professional and actually knew what they were doing. In my experience, most companies I have called in the past to resolve some issues, have people working for them who seem to have no idea what their job description is. Shayla appears to be a go getter and on top of her job and any details that may encompass. I wish that there were more professional people like her in the work force.”
