Teensafe iPhone authenticaion

Apple has released a new authentication process for their iCloud backups, teensafe does work with this however anyone that has previously setup a phone will see an error message stating that their apple ID is incorrect.

 

If a customer is stating that they are receiving a error about their apple ID/iCloud ID they must ensure that the 2 step verification process is disabled.

Below are the steps provided on how to disable:

  1. Visit https://appleid.apple.com
  2. Log in using your apple id and password
  3. Click “Password and Security” on the left navigation area.
  4. Make sure that “Two Step Verification” is disabled.

These steps are located in the canned response “Why my iPhone Device is not listing?”

Attendance Policy

I would like to take a moment to remind everyone of the ContactWorks attendance policy and how to properly inform management/leads that you will be absent/tardy.

Calling In/Absentee Process:

**The Inbound Support Queues are staffed according to Volume History and Predictions, so please take that into consideration…teammates are depended upon you to provide full coverage…

If you are unable to report to work or anticipate being late, please perform the following 2-Step Process:

  • Call 512-637-4376 and leave message on our Absentee line.  (We recommend you program this number in your cell phone.)  Give your name and brief explanation for absence or late arrival.  If you will be late please provide your estimated arrival time.
  • Call/Text your Supervisor (so we can find additional coverage):

Please understand that your customers and fellow agents depend on you.  Unauthorized or excessive absences or tardiness will NOT be tolerated and will result in disciplinary action, up to and including termination.

Two (2) scheduled days as a no-show, no-call, will be considered a voluntary resignation.

 

Failure to follow the attendance process will result in disciplinary action being taken, If you are going to be late or absent you MUST call the call in line in addition to texting/calling a supervisor.  This ensures that all management/teamleads are aware of your absence and we can plan accordingly.
