Teensafe iPhone authenticaion

Apple has released a new authentication process for their iCloud backups, teensafe does work with this however anyone that has previously setup a phone will see an error message stating that their apple ID is incorrect.

 

If a customer is stating that they are receiving a error about their apple ID/iCloud ID they must ensure that the 2 step verification process is disabled.

Below are the steps provided on how to disable:

  1. Visit https://appleid.apple.com
  2. Log in using your apple id and password
  3. Click “Password and Security” on the left navigation area.
  4. Make sure that “Two Step Verification” is disabled.
