That’s right- we’ve got a brand new TechTeamOne QA form that is being put into effect NOW! You can find the definitions sheet (that will also show which sections will cause an automatic failure or 50% towards automatic failure) and the QA form itself on each client’s CARE page (under Quality Control)
We will be having refreshers and more training this week to cover all the areas and to ensure that all agents are prepared.
Everyone take note! Management is offering a free lunch (within reason) to the first 100% scored with this new QA form.

The SUN WIFI password has been changed and is now “sunshine15” (minus quotations).
All reference to the login password at www.sunwifime.com should be to the new password.
Apologies for the short turn around; however, this password is a feature controlled by SUN Corporate. Our IT team has requested from SUN to keep the current password live for 1 additional week so that we may acclimate sites and guests to the new password.

It has come to my attention that we have not been keeping a close watch on Nimboxx tickets like we should.
Make sure to keep the Nimboxx Zendesk open and let a team lead know when you see something in the unassigned tickets folder.
I want everyone refreshing this system to look for those tickets when the Optaros page pops up. Make sure you are all checking this regularly, as we don’t want to see any tickets slip through the cracks.

We need agents to go through previous Teensafe tickets and fill in information missing from required fields. The list of tickets can be found Here.
After opening the ticket, review and ensure all proper fields (notated with an asterisk) have been populated. Every ticket requires a Cancellation reason to be listed. If the request is not for a cancellation then select “Non Cancellation Support Request.”
If you are unsure about a ticket, contact a team lead.
Deadline has passed for submissions to the business card contest and that means TIME TO VOTE!!
Show support for your favorite entries by checking out the submissions in this convenient Google slide, then go to the form link to cast your ballot.
KEEP IN MIND: Just because the contest deadline has passed, doesn’t mean that we have printed cards locked down. We would still love to see your ideas and concepts still. Please send anymore business card ideas to cwleads@cwxtx.com.
Please keep in mind that business card submissions are due by the end of day Friday 3/27/15. If you have updates to your submissions afterwards, that will be fine, but please start sending us your work.
Please do your best to get these submitted, as we would like to see your ideas. Don’t forget that the winning submission will get a $10 Amazon gift card.

We are looking to alternatives to our current break tracking methods. I know that there are many freeware options out there to do what we needs in a more stream-lined format. In your spare time, please take some time and search for some good alternatives.
