Potential ADP issues Sunday (FYI)

From ADP:

“Please be advised that system maintenance will be performed on the ADP Workforce Now® Time & Attendance module for approximately 5 minutes at any given time between Sunday May 17, 2015, 12:01 A.M. and 10:00 A.M. ET.

Anyone attempting to log on will be presented with a system unavailable notification.

The ADP Time & Attendance Web Clocking page, however, will remain available 24 x 7 for your employees to clock in and out. This is especially useful for those employees needing to clock in and clock out during ADP ezLaborManager system maintenance.

ADP regrets any inconvenience this may cause.”

As usual, if this affects your ability to punch in and out, email George Barbour with the times for your ADP card punches.

Tengo Connection Contest Redux

The contest was not satisfied with just happening once, SO THE CONTEST HAS RETURNED!!

Are you getting guest connected for success? Let us know about it with the Connection Success Tracker.

If the tengo caller (any guest support, sun and wifisupport included) is calling in unable to get online, you’ll need to add it to this tracker.  Make sure you are entering calls in the tracker whether you got them connect or not.

The prize is a surprise.  There will be an awesome reward for the agent that has the highest connection rate.  YOU MUST FOLLOW INSTRUCTIONS IN CARE.

We’ll  announce the winner Friday morning.

Unassigned TTO tickets

There’s been a consistent issue with agents not checking for new tickets, and not responding to unassigned and re-opened tickets in a timely fashion. An internal SLA is being implemented across all TTO clients as follows:

INTERNAL SLA FOR UNASSIGNED TICKETS

  •  4 HOUR RESPONSE TIME DURING TEAM LEAD HOURS
  • 24 HOUR RESPONSE TIME DURING AFTER HOURS

This information can be found at each individual client’s CARE page, under Processes > Customer Callback

New Scheduling Policy

Starting on the next schedule, around June/July, we will be doing something a little different.

The person with the least amount of attendance infractions since the start of the May schedule that begins Monday 04/27/15 will get first pick of the schedule they want from the available shifts. The person with the most infractions gets last pick. Graveyard shifts are excluded from this.

This is across all clients/queues and is how scheduling will be done moving forward.

If you want a really good schedule be here and on time for every shift. That way you can ensure you get the schedule that best fits your needs.

Please speak with a Team Lead if you have any questions.
