Parking

Starting this week, our landlord will be doing some construction work for Building 2, the building behind us. This may, however, cause construction along the side of Building 1 and possibly block the back parking lot. We strongly suggest parking up front for the rest of this week until we can see where the work will actually be taking place and if it’s open to park in the back or not.

Free Rides!

San Antonio B-Cycle will have an Earth Day Weekend promotion that allows all riders to ride for free from April 22nd to April 24th.

On those days, callers will be able to select the Bosch Earth Day Pass from the B-Cycle app on their phones at no cost.

Users will still need to return the bikes every 60 minutes to avoid usage fees, but can check the bike back out afterwards.

Tasksuite Bugs

When hopping in the Shared Queue to take calls, there are two Tasksuite bugs you should be aware of.

  1. The first bug is known to our veterans. Right around 6 or 7p CST, Tasksuite will knock you offline. Just close the tab, log in on a new tab, and continue as normal.
  2. The second bug is a newer discovery. If you find that you are marked as online, but calls are not routing to you, switch yourself to “Busy – Offline – Online – Online” and that should get your calls flowing again.

Welcome to the Family

We here at ContactWorks would like to welcome 2 additional team members!

Dominique McQueen has been brought on to help lead our Shared Queue team and will eventually be your first point of contact for any issues you come across. Be sure to say hello to him in Discord and in Tasksuite when you see him.

Malcolm Richburg is our newest technical agent who will be working in the trenches to help with those B-Cycle and Tengo calls! He’s incredibly smart and has some really solid support experience. Be sure to help mentor him when he has need!

Tengo Sign-In Change

Both Jessica Scruggs and De’anna Jackson have done an amazing job with their training and their work ethic. They are already taking a dip into Tengo coverage. As such, we will need to rework the credentials for the Tengo Zendesk.

Starting Monday March 21st, with the exception of Arthur Betts, we will be switching from personal Zendesk credentials to shared login credentials.

If you come into your shift and you find that you can no longer log in, check the Tengo Credentials Page to see what the new logins are.
