We have reached out to BCycle to let them know that there is an issue with the system currently.  Check periodically to see if the website is up and working.

We want to still walk through normal check out procedures through the kiosk, the app and potentially their fob.

You can use the following scripting when they indicate that they’re having issues with using our services.

“We are aware of the issue, and it unfortunately appears to be a nation wide outage at this time.  We are more than happy to assist you to see if we can get this working for you to use our services.”

Tis that time of year again!  The spirit of the holidays is upon us all, which means it is time for us to do our annual Secret Santa Gift Exchange! We are getting a head start so that there is plenty of time for the sign up process.

 

A few rules:

$25 limit to all gifts
ALL names must be in if you would like to participate by Monday December 4th

 

We will be doing a random matching, and everyone will be emailed who they we be getting a gift for!

Individuals have discovered that their things are being taken from the fridge without asking.

 

That is not okay, and will not be tolerated.
