BCycle Issues

We have reached out to BCycle to let them know that there is an issue with the system currently.  Check periodically to see if the website is up and working.

We want to still walk through normal check out procedures through the kiosk, the app and potentially their fob.

You can use the following scripting when they indicate that they’re having issues with using our services.

“We are aware of the issue, and it unfortunately appears to be a nation wide outage at this time.  We are more than happy to assist you to see if we can get this working for you to use our services.”
