Please confirm the spelling of the customers name on every call, it will be very helpful across all of our clients to confirm the spelling of the name, as often times it will result in the person being unsearchable.

We will be editing the QA form to help us get the feedback we need to sharpen our ability to help our clients and customers.

Based on the recent bombings in Austin and the surrounding areas, we all need to be very aware of our surroundings.  This is a good time to remind everyone that if you were to see a suspicious package, backpack, briefcase, etc. left unattended, please contact 911 immediately and advise property management at (512) 719-3050.     Do not touch anything.   Keep a close eye on the areas that are accessible to the general public, such as parking lots, building entrances, internal drives, etc.

We are proud to announce that Michael Robinson is bringing his skills in to help us out in the shared queue for a little bit. Michael’s official title is Senior Agent and he will be functioning as a point of contact between the management team and you.

Thank you very much for all the congrats and best wishes on the arrival of my baby girl. She was born on March 7, 2018 at 2:43pm.  She was 7lbs 8oz & 20″ long. Her name is Berklee!  Thanks again!
