If your caller is a UT student and accidentally created the account with their personal email address, You will need to inform the caller that they may log in and change their email to the UT email.

You may also assure the caller that BCycle will not charge them if they can verify they are a UT student.

Austin is having a soft launch for 5/10 new stations in the UT campus.

Students ride for free, in the following link are a few stats and answers about how they sign up. They can simply follow the website instructions;

students will be verified through email, if they are found to not be a student they will be charged.

If people ask how we verify; UT email is best, but they can also email us their current schedule or UT EID.

We are no longer accepting applications for the Team Leader position.

We want to thank everyone who applied for the job, as well as everyone who applied in their heart. We really felt those heart applications, and I think they were enough to make us feel special even through Valentine’s Day. Everyone did a great job and we really did enjoy interviewing everyone.

 

We are going through the last portion of the process, making sure that we have the perfect person for you guys. But it shouldn’t be too long.
