You will see a new option under reason for contact, for people requesting to simply speak with the location and are not bcycle customers.
You will also see a new drop down, for customers requesting the office to contact them.
If a customer is needing the office to contact them, we expect you to mark it as such in the drop down.

Just a quick reminder, as we are working on efficiencies in the Tengo Queue;
We would really like for you guys to remember to log out when you are going to be away from your desk or not available. The amount of calls that each of our logins bounce is getting way out of hand. Currently, im doing testing with zen to figure out how its working, and agents remaining logged in bouncing calls is skewing the data.
lets get on top of this, if you see an agent is logged in and away from their desk, please inform a teamlead or a manager so we can log them out.
