We are proud to announce that Michael Robinson is bringing his skills in to help us out in the shared queue for a little bit. Michael’s official title is Senior Agent and he will be functioning as a point of contact between the management team and you.

Please be welcoming to any questions Michael asks, as he is seeking understanding on how to better help us. he might ask you where you are in documentation or the call, or if anything is driving volume.
