Senior Agent Kevin Phebus!

First, I would like to thank Kevin Phebus for his hard work and really stepping up for this role. Secondly I would like to introduce to you the shared queues new senior agent! Kevin Phebus will act as a point man between Shared Queue and Management from here forward. He will be included more and more in how to help run operations in the Shared Queue and we are excited to have him grow into this role.

Shared Queue Agents, please understand that Kevin may ask questions to check on the status of things for a call, or give a directive to help the shared queue in ways the company needs.

Please be welcoming to any questions Kevin may asks, as he is seeking understanding on how to better help us. Please have your lines of communication open to Kevin at all times as a proactive measure.

If you have an issue with your timecard, or you missed a punch. the official process to get things corrected is to notify the following email;

This will also reach everyone a part of management, this way an employee is able to acknowledge and correct the issue. It is very important that you keep your timecard as up to date as possible.

Shared Queue Golden Goat

This past weeks Golden Goat is Tabb Gujrati! Day in and day out you can always find Tab on time, at her desk, ready to take a call. She is so on top of it, shes ready for her next call on her current call!

 

Great job being the highest call taker for the shared queue for the week of July 9th-15th!

Don’t leave cans in the freezer

Please do NOT leave cans in the freezer of the fridges in the kitchen. Someone left a Red Bull in the freezer over the weekend and it exploded and created quite the mess, right after we cleaned the fridges on Friday.

The fridges are a PRIVILEGE and we need to start taking care of them.
