Bluecheck process reminder

Early morning and overnight agents,

 

Please be sharp on the verifications we do, we recently we have had missed opportunity in which we need to work on.

  • Being sure the names / DOB matches.
  • Being sure the selfie has the ID with it.
  • Being sure the ID has a legible name.

It is very important that we catch these 100% of the time you’re working on a ticket.

New process for Tengo

Shared Queue Agents,

 

Recently Tengo has done a purge or accounts that hadn’t been accessed in 18 months. If your customer is trying to access their old account and you cannot find it on admin, then you can follow the “Inactive users with Balance” workflow.

Please take the time to confirm the spelling of the customers name, this is how our clients find the customer in thier data base. This will cause the location to spend an exorbitant amount of time trying to find the customer or even not find them at all.

Please be advised that we will be moving all SHARED QUEUE stations very soon.  You will be provided with some information about where and when you will be moving to separately.

OVERNIGHT AGENTS – We will be moving your stations for you by the end of the week.  Your NEW Station will have a name tag with your name on it.

For this weekend; We are to be handling Bluecheck until 2pm Saturday and we are working Bluecheck all day Sunday.

9/22 – 9/23.

On Monday, we will also need to be working Bluecheck until 4pm.

Lockers!! – Action Needed

Hey everyone!

 

Please let me, Steve Hernandez know if you are using a locker in the back.  Just shoot me an email with your name and the locker that you are using so that we can document the information and make sure we assign it to you again in the future.

For now, we do not need to move anything from the lockers but we will definitely send out a message when we are ready for you to clear them out.  Thanks!
