With Austin, when you have to select force RFID read; Please remember to refresh your browser on that page. Doing so will allow you to verify if the bike returned. we will not be escalating situations in which the bike did not read returned.
In General, if you were successful in resolving the customer’s issue, and there is not a billing implication there is no need to escalate.
Additionally, another general reminder that if someone signs up online, they can still use sms verification with a normal phone or use thier CC they have on file.
