To all who are participating in this years Secret Santa, you should have received an email with the individual you have been assigned to buy a gift for.

Some important information on this, gifts will be exchanged during the Christmas party Dec 27th.

A price limit has been imposed, 15$ maximum. No iPods! (Don’t be Michael, no one likes Michael)

 

If your desk is missing a headset for whatever reason, please do not just grab one from off someone else’s desk. Get with your team lead or manager to get yourself a replacement.

The best way you can protect yourself from getting sick is to wash your hands! But do it correctly.

1. As you know, turn on the water, soap up your hands, and wash!
2. Do NOT turn off the faucet with your hand, or you’ll recontaminate yourself. Use the back of your wrist or your arm to turn off the water.
3. When pulling the paper towels, try not to touch anything else. Dry your hands as normal.
4. Do NOT touch the door handle with your bare hand or you’ll recontaminate yourself. Use the paper towels you just dried with.

By making sure that 1. your hands are clean and 2. you don’t contaminate them on the way out, you’ll have made a very valuable and important step in protecting yourself from the sickness going around. Make sure you practice this wherever you go!

The landlord has hired a professional photographer to take updated photos and video of the exterior of our office building.

The photographer will be on-site Saturday, December 14, 2013 between 12:00 pm and 4:00 pm.

We would appreciate it if you park behind our building during this time as the photographers will be primarily focused on the front of the building.

The Chi’Lantro BBQ food truck will be parked in the Stonehollow project on Thursday, December 12th, offering lunch to walk-up patrons from 11:15 a.m. – 2:00 p.m.

We are looking for volunteers to work on Christmas day.  Volunteers will be authorized to work from home.  Email [email protected] by 12/16/2013 if interested.

If weather causes travel to be unsafe and road conditions become too hazardous for you to commute to work, you must notify management by emailing [email protected] prior to the start of your shift.

In such conditions, you are authorized to work from home after notifying management.

This year’s Christmas party will be held on Dec 27th (Specific time will be posted later).  Cory will be posting a sign up sheet for this year’s new Secret Santa sign up which will have more on that, this sheet will also include a place to let us know if you are bringing any guests.
