ContactWorks Agent Survey

Call Center Heroes

As part of Customer Service Appreciation week, we want to give you the opportunity to recognize your peers’ contributions.  If you see someone go out of their way to help you or someone else or contribute in some way, no matter how small of a contribution it may seem, you can help recognize their efforts by adding them to the esteemed group of Call Center Heroes.  All you have to do is go to the end of Row 6, write the person’s name on the front of one of the cards, write a description of how they contributed on the back of the card, and then put the card in the box.

Knowledge Base: Quality Check

As part of Customer Service Appreciation Week, we will be having a contest to see if you can find any errors or outdated information in CARE and Tengo KB.

If you see an error or outdated processes (aside from main page posts – which by nature may become outdated), either post a comment on that page or notify management via email.

Once the error is confirmed by MGMT, you will win ALL OF THE THINGS! (seriously though.. you’ll win some cool stuff)

This contest is slated to last through Friday.  Ready set GO!

Teensafe- Apple Security Update

Teensafe has implemented a fix for the emails being sent from the GPS tracking for iPhones, users should either no longer see these emails or if they are still seeing them they should stop going out within the next 24-48 hours.

The warning will also be removed from the website once the fix is implemented. If users are no longer receiving a warning it is because they should no longer be getting emailed when checking the location of the monitored device.

Additionally, users will receive a email from apple when requesting data for the FIRST time.  Once the email has been sent out they will no longer receive any more email alerts for downloading data AS LONG AS THE TEEN DOES NOT CHANGE ANY APPLE ID SETTINGS OR PASSWORDS.  If the teen does change the password or any other settings they will be alerted again, but only once (until changes are made and then they will be notified again).

At this time this is how the security feature is working, this is subject to change and teensafe will update us with any changes as they come through.
