There is expected maintenance that is going to be conducted on zendesk.
This will be from 8a-9a central time, there is a good chance that it might be down within a couple of hours after 9a.
Please be aware that you may have to document everything about the customer interaction, and then ticket the call in zendesk.
We want to take a moment to thank Austin for all of his hard work and effort that hes put in his nearly 3 years working with contact works. Answering the phones and leading teams along side Austin was an honor and a privilege. Austin has survived many clients and client related storms. Austins help has been invaluable as a senior member of TeenSafe and as a member of the shared queue when we first started. You will be sorely missed!

Our fantastic agent Kevin will be bringing up his smoker, and along with Chris, they will be manning the grill to cook the company provided Brisket!
(If you want to add additional items to the smoker, please get with them to coordinate that.)
