Steven’s Korcett customer had the following to say about his customer service:

After a horrible experience with Time Warner, I was relieved to be in contact with a company with great customer service. The problem wasn’t resolved, but your staff was helpful nonetheless. Malaurie’s customer, Victoria, says, “…she is an excellent customer service person….she took the high road in everything that I dished out at her.  I have been in customer service for about 35 years and recognize good customer service. Everything she says is nice and helpful.  Please pat her on the back for the excellent job that she did.”

Malaurie’s TeenSafe customer, Jan, was so pleased with her interaction with Malaurie that she decided to give the app a try.  Way to go Malaurie!

So Malaurie got ANOTHER compliment today.  See below:

Mr. Robert Friesen from The Vineyards Campground called and wanted to let us know that he is not very technically inclined, but Malaurie Hammell was very helpful and patient.  She took the time to troubleshoot his issue to the full extent of our ability and even though she could not get him online due to the limitations of the extender hardware that he got from Best Buy, she took the time to recommend a product that would resolve this issue completely.

Good compliment and great job keeping the standards high.

Ken Williamson from Rainbow’s End wanted to let us know that Ryan exceeded his expectations, was very pleasant and set the tone for a great conversation, while getting the problem on track for a resolution.  He stated that his conversation with Ryan put him on the path to having a great day.

Awesome!  Quite the compliment.  Keep up the great work.

Customer Don Van Antwerp from Sandy Lake RV and Mobile Home Park wanted to let us know that Malaurie did a great job on his interaction today.  He stated that she was very quick and to the point with his issues and was polite throughout the entire call.  He stated that she is very good and an asset to our organization.

Juanita, a Tengo customer, stated she was having internet issues and Anthony walked her all the way through it. She says he deserves a pat on the back and told ‘good job!’

Ms. Moore (Teensafe customer) wanted to let us know how good Malaurie’s customer service is.  She stated “Malaurie was very polite and kind.  While she could not solve my problem, she patiently explained exactly what was going on, what I need to do and who I need to call to get the issue resolved.  I was about to cancel until she broke the issue down to me.”

Great Job Malaurie!  Keep it up.

Wayne was working with Brittany today, and after Brittany was able to skillfully guide Wayne through his issue, he concluded that TeenSafe has offered, “by far the best service” that he has ever experienced. Wayne stated that, should Brittany not receive a raise, at the very least, she deserves an “adda girl”.
