Kudos for Malaurie Hammell… Redux

So Malaurie got ANOTHER compliment today.  See below:

Mr. Robert Friesen from The Vineyards Campground called and wanted to let us know that he is not very technically inclined, but Malaurie Hammell was very helpful and patient.  She took the time to troubleshoot his issue to the full extent of our ability and even though she could not get him online due to the limitations of the extender hardware that he got from Best Buy, she took the time to recommend a product that would resolve this issue completely.

Good compliment and great job keeping the standards high.

Kudos for Ryan Jones

Ken Williamson from Rainbow’s End wanted to let us know that Ryan exceeded his expectations, was very pleasant and set the tone for a great conversation, while getting the problem on track for a resolution.  He stated that his conversation with Ryan put him on the path to having a great day.

Kudos for Malaurie Hammell

Customer Don Van Antwerp from Sandy Lake RV and Mobile Home Park wanted to let us know that Malaurie did a great job on his interaction today.  He stated that she was very quick and to the point with his issues and was polite throughout the entire call.  He stated that she is very good and an asset to our organization.

Ms. Moore (Teensafe customer) wanted to let us know how good Malaurie’s customer service is.  She stated “Malaurie was very polite and kind.  While she could not solve my problem, she patiently explained exactly what was going on, what I need to do and who I need to call to get the issue resolved.  I was about to cancel until she broke the issue down to me.”

Great Job Malaurie!  Keep it up.

Kudos Brittany!

Wayne was working with Brittany today, and after Brittany was able to skillfully guide Wayne through his issue, he concluded that TeenSafe has offered, “by far the best service” that he has ever experienced. Wayne stated that, should Brittany not receive a raise, at the very least, she deserves an “adda girl”.
