Mr. Chris Pio wanted to speak with Cory, our Lead, and let him know how awesome of a job Philip did.  He stated that Philip was very helpful and even though we could not fix his issue, Philip escalated the issue in a very professional and concise manner and has full faith it will get taken care of.

Way to go Philip!  Keep it up.

Kudos: Way to Go, Malaurie!

It’s a double whammy this time!

Tengo customer Lauren wanted to let us know Malaurie was very sweet, helpful, and knowledgeable. And bottom line she was just a nice person.

Great to hear our customers feel the same about Malaurie as we do!

Ms. Debbie (manager at Peace Arch RV Park) states that Malaurie is the best agent she has ever talked to at Tengo  (she states she has spoken to quite a few), and Malaurie is the first agent that really went out of her way to help with her issues.  She wants us to make sure that we treat her as the great agent that she is and hire more just like her.

We’re still working on our prototype agent cloning machine, but once the kinks are worked out we already know who to start cloning first!

Kudos – Joseph Maniscalco!

Fran from Emerald Beach RV Park states that she has had her ups and downs with TengoInternet, however working with Joseph today was an absolute pleasure. Fran indicates that Joseph was incredibly kind, thorough, and Fran believed that Joseph really took care of the situation at hand.
