Searching Accounts
- Log into TeenSafe Admin
- http://admin.teensafe.com/users/login
- Username: [email protected]
- Password: cwxtx!123
- Click On Users>Search in the TeenSafe menu bar
- Enter the clients email address in the search fields and click ‘Search’
- Click the Gear on the right side to view the account details, subscription details and cancel subscription
- Account details: Displays the number of teens, mobile devices and Facebook services setup. Also displays number of iPhones and android devices setup.
- Subscription details: Displays Subscription number, product code, payment ID and Status number. Example Below.
