Teensafe 7.1 iOS update

If a customer has updated to the new 7.1 update they will need to log the device back into iCloud AND run a manual backup.  If a caller isn’t sure of what version the device is currently running they should verify iCloud is setup on the phone/signed in and run a manual backup.
