Silvercar Golden Lama Awards

Congratulations to Michele Serrano and Dustin Johnson for receiving the first 2 golden Lama awards.  The Golden lama is awarded to the individual that stood out each week for their efforts.

Dustin took it home the first week, 4/2 – 4/8, for his 100% CSAT score, >90% QA score, 0 Attendance issues, and soloing the Silvercar queue for 2-3 hours each night.

Michele took it home this week for some amazing effort that she put in ensuring we never leave a customer standing.  Michele handled nearly 200 calls, and over 300 interactions total between emails, calls, chats, and SMS messages.  Maintained a 98% QA average, and 95% CSAT.
