If someone is attempting to call Sales, but keeps getting bounced back to us or they are complaining or upset and want to talk to a person right that moment, attempt the following steps. This is a phone tree for critical claims complaints with the need to contact someone as soon as possible:

1. Try and get a hold of Anthony Simon – 800-800-1492 ext 3043 and attempt a warm transfer.
2. Try and get a hold of Marcus Barns – 800-800-1492 ext 2174 and attempt a warm transfer.
3. Try and get a hold of Anita Kimber – 614-310-1275 and attempt a warm transfer.
4. Try and get a hold of Scott Musil – 614-310-1279 and attempt a warm transfer.
5. Try and get a hold of Larry Serna – 614-310-1277 and attempt a warm transfer.
