If someone is attempting to call Claims, but gets bounced back to us once or twice, this is not the correct procedure. Just get their contact information and email that to [email protected]; [email protected]; [email protected]
If someone is attempting to call Claims, but keeps getting bounced back to us or they are complaining or hostile and want to talk to a person right that moment, attempt the following steps. This is a phone tree for critical claims complaints with the need to contact someone as soon as possible:
- Try and get a hold of Maria Ingram – 614-781-9737 and attempt a warm transfer.
- Try and get a hold of Deb Carter – 614-781-2593 and attempt a warm transfer.
- Try and get a hold of Brittany Lively – 614-781-2591 and attempt a warm transfer.
- Try and get a hold of Scott Musil – 614-310-1279 and attempt a warm transfer.
- Try and get a hold of Larry Serna – 614-310-1277 and attempt a warm transfer.
