How to Change Outbound Numbers in Trixbox

When an agent needs their outbound number changed, you will be able to change their number in Trixbox:

Select “View Users” under “Users / Extentions”

Select an agent from the User list.

Note: do not select the plus (+) sign next to an agent’s name. click on the actual name.

Select the plus (+) symbol next to “Routing and Appearance Settings” to reveal the drop down menu for “Outbound Caller-ID”.  Select the needed number from the drop down menu and click the “Apply All Changes button at the bottom.”
