Proper Process for Contacting ContactWorks

Hello Ladies and Gents!  We want to make sure that everyone is aware that you are not to call ContactWorks through our Customer Service Lines.  These are for our Clients Customers ONLY!  We have our own internal lines, and communication process that is available on Care for everyone to see under the Agent Section.

 

If you are going to be Absent or Late, you are to Call 512-637-4376

 

If you have queue specific questions, (ie: are you able to pick up/make-up hours), you need to get in contact with your direct Manager, and their numbers are available on care as well.
