In the event of an issue occurring that needs immediate management attention follow the below to ensure management is aware and responding to the issue at hand.
Sequence of Contacts: Continue calling down the list until you reach someone, leave a voicemail and/or text message if you are unable to reach the person you tried to call.

Escalation Reasons: Contact management if the following situations occur & no lead is on duty.
- Abnormal queue activity that may cause high abandon rates.
- Any type of emergency situation (fire, power outage, flood, serious injuries…)
