Password Reset
The caller can reset their password by navigating on the website to the “Sign In” link. Then they can click “Forgot your Password?”.
Resetting the Caller’s Password:
- Log into the Pubic Site.
- In the upper left, click on Phone Support.
- Using the Search Drop-Down, you can search using the following criteria:
- User Contact Name
- User ID
- User Identifier
- Email Address — **Note** — searching by email address is the most effective means of search.
- After finding the caller’s account, click on Reset Password.
- The caller must then verify all of the following information that is displayed.
- Do NOT provide any hints/tips to help them guess this information.
- User ID
- Email Address
- Phone
- Do NOT provide any hints/tips to help them guess this information.
- If caller can verify the information above, reset the password. They will then be emailed the new temporary password.
