Cell Phones & Ring/App/Notification tones
As a reminder to all of our Cellphone policy.
Cell phones are allowed on the floor, however, if they are not being used for business purposes they must be on vibrate/silence. You will be asked to silence your phone if additional tones are heard.
Team leads and management are expected to stay aware of communications and are permitted to have their phones ringtone on, leads must remember to police noise levels and be mindful of any potential / active customer calls.
Non-business apps/notifications need to be silenced by all employees as much as possible. We fully understand things like Amber Alerts are outside of your control on most devices.
