VPN Is approved for the Christmas weekend! Unfortunately there are a few exceptions so please see the correct schedule below for the team you are currently assigned.
Additionally you MUST verify that your VPN is working BEFORE the start of your shift, if you are unable to do so you will be counted as tardy if you are unable to report in at the beginning of your scheduled shift (that means in the Queue/working volume at the beginning of your shift). If you are unable to properly connect you MUST reach out to your assigned manager before the beginning of your scheduled shift for this to be corrected. We would love to continue to offer VPN as a solution to allow everyone to spend time with loved ones, but if we are unable to provide proper support to our clients during this time we will no longer be able to provide this as an option.
