Amazing Kudos to Elliot from a Lumo customer

Image result for great job meme

This just came into a ticket directed to our Client, from a customer Elliot worked with over the phone:

Farrah,
I reached Elliot on the support line and he walked me through this connection with extraordinary patience. [see below} We were able to connect one of the Lumo Lifts on my husband who has the greatest need. However, I can watch him respond to the Lumo Lift and actually see his data on this thing called Dashboard.  Most amazing.
Thank you all for hanging in there with us.

Then our Client, Farrah at LumoBodytech, then responded with even more praise for Elliot:
Tanna,

Glad to hear that the sensor is connected!  Thanks so much for the kind words about Elliot.  He has done such a great job on our team and we appreciate the sweet mention of his patience; he is a rockstar and we’re very impressed with the magic he is able to provide our customers on the phone to help get the sensor connected.

Your support and kind words is much appreciated.  If there is anything else we can do, please do not hesitate to ask.

Have a fantastic weekend ahead –
