Bcycle Austins Amanda would like recognize Xandor on a great job.
A customer called in asking if he could use an expired promo code, and asked if he could get a new one.
Xandor told the customer he didn’t have any promo codes to hand out.
Bcycle Austin really appreciates promo codes being given only to customers. specifically, customers that are having issues with checking out another bike after their bike doesn’t check in.

Congrats to She-Rie Johnson! She won the Blue Diamond Award for the Month of April! It was a very VERY close race however. She gets to display the Blue Diamond Trophy at her desk for the rest of the month and won a $50 Visa Gift Card!
Good morning CW employees! I would like to inform everyone that Henri Tero has accepted an opportunity with another company. This move was effective last week. We wish him well in his new position!
Most of Henri’s Clients were reassigned to Chris Smith, with the exception of August, which was assigned to Steve Hernandez.

During the Month of May, the Fort Worth customers have a $1 Wednesdays, with promo code 55555. (only usable on Wednesdays during the Month of May.)
Another Promotion will come on May 24th – 28th, called Bike to the Birdies.

There is also an update in the Bcycle CARE on card issues.
If the customer doesnt have a ZipCode, the dummy code is 99999
And Promotions has been updated for SA.
Please be sure to record the kiosk location, many times the kiosk location is pertinent to solving the problem.
Additionally, remember to look up the customers phone number instead of station initially.
