To whoever is consistently clogging the Men’s first stall toilet.  You do not need to be utilizing half a roll of toilet paper to finish your business.  Please be mindful that doing so WILL clog the toilets.

If you have a particularly….messy…expedition and find that you can no longer flush because when you do it doesn’t go back down…Notify a manager.  We do not need to know that YOU did it, just let us know “Hey the toilet is clogged.”  That way it can be addressed before it festers.

Don’t just leave it for someone to find and create a funky smell…It’s both nasty and a health hazard.

Tengo is conducting test calls to verify the customer experience, one of the important aspects of this is following process. Curtis Broughton took a “Secret Shopper” call from Paul and followed process perfectly. Paul was very impressed with Curtis and how he handled the call. Keep up the great work! We should treat every call as if it were a test call.

Effective immediately, all hourly employees must not work more than 40 hours a week unless it has been approved by your manager.

Please do not clock in early and make sure to clock out as close to your scheduled end time as possible. If you know you are going to have more than 40 hours due to a long call, ticket, etc. please let your team lead know at the end of the week. In most cases, you will be asked to clock out early to avoid going over 40 hours.
