It is very important that we process these tickets correctly; here is a reminder of what the client is looking for which is outlined in CARE.

 

that staff must ensure, on all verifications:

• The name on the ID is the same as the person who is placing the order.
• The DOB on the ID matches the DOB the user submitted
• The Photo ID is not expired.
• The user submitted a clear photo of their ID
• The user submitted a clear selfie.
