I want to thank everyone for their support and individual contribution during 2019. It has been a year of ongoing change in our business, not without some challenges. As we celebrate the coming of the new year, I hope that we have some positive 20/20 vision for the future. So far, 2020 is shaping up to be a growth year for us, especially in the automotive business.

The weather is getting colder…Except for those days that feel like summer…And snow is in the air (maybe up north).
Since our weather won’t set the Holiday mood….The time for Secret Santa sign-ups is here!

Signups close next Friday (12/13/2019) at noon. Names will be drawn and distributed by 5pm that day.
Santa’s should plan to deliver their gifts on Monday 12/23/2019.
As a reminder to all of our Cellphone policy.
Cell phones are allowed on the floor, however, if they are not being used for business purposes they must be on vibrate/silence. You will be asked to silence your phone if additional tones are heard.
Team leads and management are expected to stay aware of communications and are permitted to have their phones ringtone on, leads must remember to police noise levels and be mindful of any potential / active customer calls.
Non-business apps/notifications need to be silenced by all employees as much as possible. We fully understand things like Amber Alerts are outside of your control on most devices.
The enrollment period for benefits is now closed. I still may be able to submit some very last minute changes, but make sure you get that to Ken Becker via kbecker@contactworks.us ASAP!

HE6650 – 0 copay plan for people with infrequent doctor visits (In network only)
E400080 – $80 copay $4,000 deductible plan (In network only)
E250030 – $30 copay $2,500 deductible plan (In network only)
P100030 – $30 copay $1,000 deductible play (in network coverage, out of network partial coverage)
Pricing and options for Dental and Vision are the same as last year.
Dental Copay – In Network only – pay a flat fee determined by United Health Care
Dental Indemnity – In and Out of Network – Annual maximum of coverage
One vision plan with in network copay and out of network allowances.
