We have no issues with the need to take or receive personal calls. When personal calls are made on the floor, your conversation can be picked by your co-worker’s headset and might be heard by customers and recorded by the call recorder. As such, we ask that personal calls be handled either outside, in the break room, or in one of our conference rooms. We greatly appreciate your assistance.
