April is “Move More” month! We’re going to all do our part to move more! For the moment, we’d like for those who wish to participate to log your weight daily on the following tracker.

(Make sure you weight yourself at the same time and in the same way every day.)

Biggest Loser Log

All entries will be kept confidential, but we will be tracking your loss throughout the month. To be fair, we are going to take your start weight and your end weight and calculate your % body mass lost. The one who loses the most % body mass is the winner! Get those numbers in!
