- We CAN:
- Tell them how to use website features (for CCH and SOR)
- E-mail them a new password, tell them User ID
- Help them with technical issues, such as “cookies,” website error messages, etc.
- We CANNOT:
- Make changes to their account (except for the password reset button)
- Tell them if they should use the Public Website for a specific purpose
- Tell them what a record means
- Do a search for them
- Read a record or results page to them
- Tell them if someone has a record or not
- Tell them if a record is correct or incorrect
- Tell them if something is supposed to be public information or not
- Tell them if a record should be on the website (not the same as previous item)
